The meeting is designed as an integrated on‑vessel experience; accommodation is expected to be part of registration (details to be confirmed).

What about dietary restrictions?

We will collect dietary requirements during registration and coordinate with the ship operator accordingly.

Is there Wi‑Fi and AV support?
